本课程是一门理论教学与模拟训练相结合的课程。本课程以企业战略选择为中心主题，内容主要包括：在外部和内部环境影响下，如何制定企业战略，企业战略的选择等方面。这是一门突出实践和视听的课程，除了加强对专业知识的理解外，还强调培养学生的英语能力。授课形式以利用文科实践中心商务英语视听室为主，结合企业战略管理的相关知识，通过案例分析、小组讨论、代表发言等形式来开阔学生思维，锻炼学生的英语听、说、读、写能力。本门课程的主要特色是打破以往的视听教学模式，使学生在学习的过程中不光开拓自己的思维而且加强学生间的团队精神，是使视听教学与模拟教学相结合的综合性教学。学生通过设定好的实践模拟，体会实际的企业战略设置流程的基本要求，从而形成对企业战略管理总体的把握和感性认识，进一步加深对基本知识的理解。

英文简介：

This is a course of combining theory teaching with simulation training. The main theme of this course is the selection of corporate strategy. The main contents include the strategy formulation, strategy selection and many other aspects under the influence of external and internal environment. This course focuses on practice and audiovisual. In addition of enhancing the understanding of professional knowledge, it also emphasizes the cultivation of students’ English proficiency. The main form of teaching is the utilization of the business English audiovisual room in the internship of business and law, combined with the knowledge of corporate strategy management. It broadens the students’ thinking and exercises the students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of English through case studies, panel discussion and representative presentation. The main feature of this course is to subvert the conventional audiovisual teaching mode, whereby not only developing the students’ thinking during the learning process but also enhancing their teamwork. It is thus a comprehensive teaching which combines the audiovisual teaching and the simulation teaching. Students will experience the basic requirements of the corporate strategy formulation by setting a practical simulation. As a result, it forms the overall grasp and perceptual of the corporate strategy management as well as further deepen the understanding of the basic knowledge.
