本课程结合项目管理实际应用，讲述项目管理的基本思想和方法，重点讲述项目管理软件对项目任务排定、进度管理、资源配置和成本管理等方面的技术和方法。本课程的任务和教学目的是使学生掌握项目管理的基本概念以及应用项目管理软件进行项目管理的基本技能，包括如何确定项目的目标、如何组织项目、如何进行项目的WBS分解、如何排定项目的日程、如何进行项目的进度管理和成本管理等，培养学生综合运用项目管理软件的能力。

英文简介：

The curriculum combined with practical application of project management, describes the basic ideas and methods of project management, focus on the technology and method of project tasks scheduling, resource allocation and cost management by project management software. The task of this course and the teaching objective is the basic skills to enable students to master the basic concepts of project management, including how to determine the goals of the project, how to organize project, project WBS decomposition, how to schedule a project, how to carry out the project schedule management and cost management. The curriculum Cultivates the students' ability of comprehensive utilization of project management software.
