本课程是一门模拟实践课，采用哈佛大学流行的沙盘情景教学模式，以生产型企业为教学背景，以小组对抗为教学形式，使学生置身于商业实战场景之中。小组中的每个学生分别以不同的企业经营管理者身份参与到课程学习当中，通过担任财务、物流、生产、营销等角色，体验商业竞争的激烈性。本课程的宗旨是培养学生的决策能力、组织能力和团队合作精神。

企业全面运营沙盘将企业组织结构和经营管理过程中的一些具体操作展示在沙盘上，要求学生从企业发展战略和市场需求出发，进行产品研发、市场开拓、资金筹集与运用、固定资产投资，在此基础上，进一步练习物料采购、生产排程、仓储管理、销售管理、设备管理、往来账管理等，从而了解企业经营管理的全过程。具体课程安排是把教学过程划分成6～8个经营年度，学生按照教学系统的流程要求经营企业，在经营过程中，除了按照流程完成必要的工作外，还要适时修正企业日常运作中的偏差，使企业处于全面受控状态。本课程强调师生之间的互动与沟通。

This course is a practical lesson simulation, using the popular sandbox scene Harvard teaching mode,Production-oriented enterprises for educational background, teaching in small groups fighting form, so that students exposure to commercial real scene being.Each group of students were different managers to participate in the program as a corporate learning,By serving as finance, logistics, manufacturing, marketing and other roles, to experience the intensity of competition business.The purpose of this course is to develop students' decision-making skills, organizational skills and team spirit.

The Overall Operation of the Enterprise sand table to organizational structure and management processes show some specific operations in the sand table, students are required from the business development strategy and market demand, product development, market development, fund raising and the use of fixed asset investment, on the basis of , and further practice materials procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, sales management, equipment management, current account management, so as to understand the whole process of business management. The course is divided into the teaching process, from 6 to 8 year of operation, the process of teaching students in accordance with the requirements of the system operating companies, in the course of business, in addition to the completion of the necessary work in accordance with the process, but also timely correction of deviations in the daily operation of the enterprise, so enterprises in full control. The course emphasizes the interaction and communication between teachers and students.
